Store Policy
The items on this store are close-out items or samples and are sold as-is. Any defect (if any) will be noted and specified in the description. Please call or email if you have any questions on any item on the store, as we are happy to answer all of them, however orders MUST be placed through the website. This assures fair prices and accurate availability for everybody.
Shipping Policy
All shipments are our responsibility until they leave our warehouse. Unless otherwise specified, shipping will be done by UPS ground by a really nice driver named Chris. Shortages, errors or product defect must be reported to OneBallJay within 5 days of receipt of goods. Lost shipments may be reported to OneBallJay, however, we can’t assume responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost in transit. We will do as much as we can to try to fix the situation…but sometimes we can’t and therefore accept no liability. Damaged shipments are reported directly to the carrier. If you need their email address or GPS coordinates…trust me, we have them.
